Day Bed Conversion

A. Undo the eight bolts attaching the upper footboard to the sides and remove the upper

footboard. There are three bolts on each side, and two on the bottom.

B. If it's not already, adjust the spring to its lowest position, following the procedure shown in

these instructions.

C. Place the Footboard Conversion Cap (K) on the bottom of the footboard, thread the two

bolts into the fittings, and tighten.

D. Place the Right Day Bed Cap (J) against the right crib side (the extra two threaded inserts on

the side should face the inside of the crib as shown), thread the three bolts into the fittings on the

cap, and tighten with the allen wrench.

D. Repeat for the Left Day Bed Cap (H).
